Our client is a well-known multinational. They are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Officer to join their friendly and dynamic team on a 6-month contract position.
Position Description
Reporting into the Payroll Manager and working within a medium-large team, your daily tasks will include:
- Payroll processing for a large volume of staff (4000+ employees) using SAP
- Complex EBA queries
- PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover and Superannuation payments
- Ensuring accurate and timely process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
- Calculating redundancies
- Other tasks as directed
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Payroll Officer position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Previous payroll experience with SAP
- High volume payroll processing experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to interpret numerous awards and EBAs
- Experience working in a large organisation
