Our Client:
Our client is a leading business in the industry, recognised for its strong focus on client satisfaction and employee well-being. We are currently looking for a proactive Payroll Officer to join their team on a long term basis. About the Role:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working collaboratively amongst a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Accurately and timely processing of employee payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices
- Support month-end and year-end payroll processes
- Contribute to ongoing payroll process improvements
About You:
