Join a national organisation and play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations during a period of system transformation. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise to join a collaborative team and contribute to the payroll function.
  
About the Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery across a diverse, national workforce. The role requires strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, the ability to interpret multiple EBAs and awards, and the confidence to make independent payroll decisions.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple states and business units
  • Interpret and apply EBAs, awards, and workplace agreements with accuracy
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll tax, superannuation, and STP reporting
  • Ensure payroll compliance with legislation, company policies, and audit requirements
  • Support payroll reconciliations and reporting activities
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and proactive manner
  • Collaborate with P&C and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations
  • Contribute to process improvements and effective use of SAP SuccessFactors
About You
  • 3 - 5 years end-to-end payroll experience in a medium-to-large organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (essential)
  • Confident interpreting EBAs, awards, and making independent payroll decisions
  • Experience managing payroll tax, superannuation, and reconciliations
  • Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
