Join a collaborative and fast-paced team as a Payroll Officer, supporting payroll operations during an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll be a key player in ensuring payroll runs smoothly and efficiently for a large and diverse workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing for up to 200-300 employees on a fortnightly cycle within a team
- Managing onboarding and updating employee profiles
- Entering timesheets and processing leave requests
- Monitoring the payroll inbox and resolving queries promptly
- Maintaining and updating payroll processes and documentation
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider finance team as required
About You You bring at least 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment. With exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, you're confident working independently and thrive in a team-focused setting.
