Position Description
Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, and working among a supportive team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Process weekly & monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees
• Process new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
• Calculation of PAYG, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation payments
• Provide accurate information in a timely manner in response to employee queries
• Complete relevant reporting duties 
• Additional duties to assist the broader team

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Payroll position, as well as the following attributes:

• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
• A go-getter attitude and willingness to learn 
• Ability to build relationships with internal staff members 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience using Micropay is highly advantageous
