Our client is an outstanding organisation who have gone through some exciting growth. They are currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join their high performing and supportive finance team in a 


Job Details

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: 
  • Monthly payroll for 80 employees
  • Processing a payroll of full time, part time and casual staff
  • New starters and terminations
  • Retail award interpretation
  • Processing annual leave, sick leave and adjustments
  • Handling payroll queries
  • Assisting with BAS preparation 
  • Other ad hoc duties
 
Successful Applicant 

 The successful applicant will have:
  • Proven experience working in a payroll position
  • Experience using HR3 or SAP highly advantageous 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a team based environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
  • Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
