Currently they have the need for an experienced full function payroller to join their team. 

Job Description:
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, you will be respomsible for, but not limited ti;
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in an accurate manner
  • Prcessing the end to end payroll on a weekly (X2), fortnightly and monthly (X2) basis 
  • Managing stakeholder queries via phone and e-mail
  • EBA and Award interpretation
  • Assist with month end reporting
  • General administration related to payroll services
  • Set up new employees and terminations
  • Improve efficiencies and provide recommendations to the Payroll Manager
  • Other ad hoc duties as per the Payroll Manager’s request
Ideal Candidate:
To be considered successful as the Payroll Officer for our client you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar stand alone payroll position. A focus on customer service and strong communication skills is imperative to succeed in this position. Strong EA and award interpretation is essential, and experience with Kronos and Micropay while not essential would be great!
