Acclaimed globally, our client is a first class education institution. As they continue to grow and enhance their systems, they are searching for a dedicated UKG systems specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing payroll operations and implementing a state-of-the-art time and attendance system.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Payroll Services and senior stakeholders in the project team, this role will see you assist with the following:
- Play a pivotal role in the implementation of the new UKG implementation
- Assist with ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, adhering to all statutory requirements.
- Manage onboarding, terminations, and payroll adjustments with precision.
- Provide expert guidance on construction awards and EBAs during system testing.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department.
- Proven experience in payroll, particularly with Time & Attendance systems, including UKG products
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
