About the Role:

Depending on the role, your day-to-day duties may include:
  • Processing payroll  for up to 1,000 employees across various locations and states
  • Calculating and managing PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, and WorkCover payments
  • Maintaining and updating employee files and payroll records
  • Responding to employee payroll enquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Assisting with payroll reporting and other ad hoc payroll duties
  • Collaborating with the payroll team and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have:
  • Proven experience in high volume payroll processing, ideally within medium to large organisations
  • Strong Chris 21 experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and EBAs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage payroll queries professionally
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
