Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement people strategies aligned with business priorities

- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of performance, talent, and engagement programs
- Provide hands-on generalist HR support, including ER, compliance, and policy development
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and track progress
- Proven HR generalist or business partnering experience, ideally within retail, FMCG, or a multi-site environment
- Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or integration
- Confident working in dynamic environments with competing priorities
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law
