A well-known national retailer is entering an exciting growth phase, expanding its network of convenience outlets and food service offerings. As part of this transformation, we are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to support corporate teams and partner closely with senior leaders on strategic people initiatives.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys leading cultural change, building capability, and driving performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement people strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, including structural and cultural alignment
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
  • Oversee the implementation of performance, talent, and engagement programs
  • Provide hands-on generalist HR support, including ER, compliance, and policy development
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and track progress
About You:
  • Proven HR generalist or business partnering experience, ideally within retail, FMCG, or a multi-site environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or integration
  • Confident working in dynamic environments with competing priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law
