An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a well-established Western Australian organisation during a period of growth and strategic focus.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, this role will lead the delivery of contemporary HR practices across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, engagement and organisational capability.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice across complex employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance across multiple modern awards and legislative frameworks
  • Lead and manage investigations, performance processes, disciplinary matters and high-risk employee issues with sound judgement
  • Partner with senior leaders to support workforce planning, organisational change and operational people strategy
  • Strengthen and embed HR policies, governance frameworks and compliant people processes
  • Coach and support managers in navigating award interpretation, employee relations and day-to-day people leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, reporting and operational practices to enhance compliance and organisational effectiveness
About you:

You are a confident and technically strong HR professional with experience operating within award-heavy environments. Whether you are an established People & Culture Manager or a Senior HR Business Partner ready to step into your first leadership role, you bring the credibility, resilience and judgement to navigate complexity.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern awards and employment legislation
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex ER/IR matters end-to-end
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • The ability to interpret and apply awards in a practical, operational setting
  • Experience strengthening policies, governance and compliant people processes
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the maturity to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • You are hands-on, commercially aware and motivated to step into a role where your expertise will genuinely shape and strengthen the people function.
