The WA team currently sits at approximately 40 employees, with plans to double headcount. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting recruitment, workforce development and people leadership capability across a technically strong but maturing management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and workforce planning activities as WA operations scale
- Assist in onboarding and coordinating new fixed‑term contract talent
- Partner with technically focused managers to uplift people leadership capability
- Provide general HR advisory support across a broad range of operational matters
- Contribute to the development of people processes in a flat, collaborative environment
- Support the integration of new roles across both Brisbane and WA teams as the business grows
- Assist with HR administration and documentation related to expanding project needs
- Demonstrated experience in HR Generalist/Advisor role (minimum 3 years')
- Comfortable working in a growing, non‑hierarchical and fast‑paced setting
- Highly capable of working autonomously
- Strong relationship‑building skills, particularly with technical leaders
- Ability to support recruitment, workforce planning and generalist HR activities
- Adaptable, proactive and keen to support a business undergoing significant expansion
- Confident working with managers who are technically strong but developing in people leadership
