Key responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO, this is a standalone role in the People & Culture function responsible for partnering with senior executives to provide strategic People & Culture guidance and support across all organisational priorities.
- Full implementation and optimisation of Employment Hero to utilise its full functionality and establish baseline data, manager capability, and performance processes.
- Introduce succession planning, with a focus on developing female leaders and supporting progression across departments.
- Lead performance and engagement initiatives, including survey analysis and action planning.
- Review organisational structure and ensure it is fit for purpose and aligned to future growth.
- Strengthen HR foundations: workforce planning, recruitment, remuneration reviews, and compliance (including annual board reporting).
The ideal candidate will bring senior HRBP or HR Manager experience and be ready for a step into a broader organisational leadership role. They must demonstrate:
- Strong ownership and initiative
- Ability to influence at executive level
- Experience building HR structure in a standalone and SME capacity
- Comfort operating in a dynamic and social environment
- Capability to balance operational HR with strategic development
- Experience with Employment Hero is highly advantageous
