An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a well-established Western Australian organisation during a period of growth and strategic focus.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the CEO, this is a standalone role in the People & Culture function responsible for partnering with senior executives to provide strategic People & Culture guidance and support across all organisational priorities.
  • Full implementation and optimisation of Employment Hero to utilise its full functionality and establish baseline data, manager capability, and performance processes.
  • Introduce succession planning, with a focus on developing female leaders and supporting progression across departments.
  • Lead performance and engagement initiatives, including survey analysis and action planning.
  • Review organisational structure and ensure it is fit for purpose and aligned to future growth.
  • Strengthen HR foundations: workforce planning, recruitment, remuneration reviews, and compliance (including annual board reporting).
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will bring senior HRBP or HR Manager experience and be ready for a step into a broader organisational leadership role. They must demonstrate:
  • Strong ownership and initiative
  • Ability to influence at executive level
  • Experience building HR structure in a standalone and SME capacity
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic and social environment
  • Capability to balance operational HR with strategic development
  • Experience with Employment Hero is highly advantageous
