Sharp & Carter are excited to be partnering with a global food and beverage organisation to appoint a newly created People Services Lead role. This position blends both operational delivery and strategic influence, offering the opportunity to shape and elevate the People services function within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Reporting into a regional People Services Director, you will act as the key point of contact for all employee services activity locally, while aligning closely with global and APAC frameworks. This is a highly visible role, suited to someone who enjoys balancing hands-on delivery with driving continuous improvement and change.
Key Responsibilities
People Services Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including contracts, variations, onboarding and offboarding
- Manage employee data across the HRIS platform (SuccessFactors), ensuring accuracy and integrity at all times
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving or escalating where required
- Coordinate HR inbox management and support requests across the broader HR team
- Support payroll inputs through accurate data management and validation
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and employee experience
- Monitor and manage KPI performance, particularly around query resolution and service delivery
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimise systems
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Delivery
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent, Payroll and regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the rollout of global and regional HR initiatives at a local level
- Translate broader strategy into practical, locally relevant processes and ways of working
- Confidently manage competing priorities and provide recommendations to key stakeholders
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all HR operations align with local employment legislation and internal policies
- Support audit activity and maintain high standards of data privacy and confidentiality
Ideally, you are:
You’re equally comfortable being hands-on with day-to-day delivery as you are engaging with senior stakeholders, driving change, and influencing outcomes.
You bring a strong service mindset, coupled with the ability to step back and think strategically about how processes can be improved.
- Experience in HR operations, shared services, or similar environments
- Previous experience using SuccessFactors is required
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, KPI-driven environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across multiple levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement lens
