We are partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to appoint a People Development Specialist to join a high-performing People & Organisational Development team.

This role sits at the intersection of learning design, leadership development and sales capability, offering the opportunity to shape impactful learning experiences across the organisation.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and the sales function, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging programs that support both leadership and frontline capability.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and practical execution - from facilitating sessions and collaborating with stakeholders through to developing resources and shaping learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to design and support training initiatives that build capability across sales teams and leaders
• Deliver leadership development programs and broader people capability initiatives
• Design and develop engaging learning resources and experiences across a range of formats
• Support the delivery of internal development programs, workshops and organisational learning initiatives
• Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to maintain key compliance and capability programs

Ideal Candidate

• Experience within learning, people development, organisational development or talent capability roles
• Instructional design experience 
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse business groups
• Comfortable balancing program design with hands-on delivery and coordination
• Creative and innovative approach to learning and capability development
• Exposure to construction or sales environments will be viewed favourably
