About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity for a People Services Officer to provide high-quality HR administrative and operational support across the business. Sitting within a collaborative People Services team, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries and play a key role in supporting HR systems, documentation, and compliance processes.
You'll also work closely with payroll and other internal functions to ensure smooth operations and support ongoing HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to HR enquiries, escalating complex issues where required
  • Manage HR documentation including employment contracts, changes to conditions, and compliance records
  • Support payroll and HRIS processes, including systems such as Chris21 and Workday
  • Ensure compliance with VEVO checks, pre-employment medical paperwork, and accurate record-keeping
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement aligned with the organisation’s workplan
  
Candidate Background

You are detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With a strong customer service mindset and effective communication skills, you’re eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing HR team.
  
  • 1-3 years’ experience in HR administration/HR Coordination/ People Services or a similar support role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Chris21 and Workday) and MS Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high attention to detail
  • Full Australian Working Rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
