The Role

As the HR Manager, you will partner closely with business leaders and department heads to lead HR & Talent initiatives across multiple regions. You will be responsible for workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring a seamless HR function that supports company growth.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with best practices and ANZ labour laws.
  • Develop and lead recruitment and talent management strategies to support growth
  • Advise senior management on HR compliance, workforce policies, and risks.
  • Lead engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Support managers with performance management and leadership development.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international labour laws and workforce compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations across multiple regions.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll software, and digital HR tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
