About the Role

The Performance Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and optimising performance across digital channels. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and analysing data-driven marketing campaigns that increase website traffic, enhance lead quality, and improve conversion rates.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Performance Marketing Manager leverages insights, testing, and analytics to deliver measurable business growth and elevate the brand presence across Australia.


Duties 

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage paid digital channels including search, display, social, programmatic, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Optimise website and campaign performance through A/B testing, user insights, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Hub Team, Product, IT, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign results using web analytics and performance dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage marketing spend across channels to maximise ROI and deliver on key growth targets.
  • Support the creation and optimisation of landing pages, campaign briefs, and digital assets.
  • Apply data-driven insights to continuously improve acquisition and engagement outcomes.
  • Produce campaign performance reports and contribute to post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand voice, tone, and business objectives.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, programmatic advertising) 
  • Proven success managing affiliate partnerships and digital acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel optimisation and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience in performance marketing involving the use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for campaign optimisation, audience targeting, or content generation.
  • Proficient in A/B testing, campaign optimisation and data interpretation.
  • Strong copywriting ability and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
