My client is a medium sized award-winning, independent wealth management and financial advice firm based in Melbourne's city fringe. They are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support their Wealth Advisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage  diaries for Wealth Advisers, prioritising appointments and ensuring optimal time management across client meetings, strategy sessions and internal commitments.
  • Coordinate new and existing client review meetings, including preparing documentation, boardroom setup and technology requirements.
  • Prepare, proofread and format client reports, Statements of Advice, presentations and correspondence to a high professional standard.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, expense management, incoming communications and CRM updates to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing, manage document workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and administrative processes.
About You
  • Proven experience providing executive or Senior administrative support within financial services, or a professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing client-facing documentation.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity when handling confidential client information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, polished and motivated to build a long-term career within a respected and growing firm.
