  • Change Management: Implement strategic initiatives to drive cultural transformation within the plant. Navigate and lead the team through change, fostering a sense of excitement and ownership among employees.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day plant operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
  • Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Track record of successfully leading cultural change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of operations, process improvement, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams through periods of change.
