We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Analyst to join an organisation that strives to make a meaningful impact in the community.
  
Position:
  
Your role will be to oversee and enhance our project management processes. The PMO will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with various teams, managing resources, and implementing best practices in project management.

What You'll Do
As PMO, you will:
  • Schedule resource planning and ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects.
  • Build and run program status reports to provide clear visibility into project progress.
  • Manage risk, action, and dependency reports to ensure timely identification and resolution of project risks and issues.
  • Provide administrative support for various project-related activities.
  • Develop reporting for governance forums in collaboration with analysts.
  
Experience and Capabilities:

  • 2+ years experience working in a PMO role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in scheduling, resource planning, and program status reporting.
  • Experience in managing risk, action, and dependency reports.
