About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a capable and detail‑driven PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong foundation in project administration, governance, and reporting, and is ready to step confidently into a more autonomous PMO position within a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll help ensure high‑quality delivery, disciplined governance, and consistent standards across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical insights and support resource planning activities
  • Act as a trusted partner to Project Managers by offering structured administrative and delivery support

You will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience in PMO operations, project coordination, or delivery support
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools—particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • A practical understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
