Opportunity:
A rare opportunity has opened for a driven Portfolio Analyst / Administrator to step into a high-trust, high-calibre Family Office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, loves working with financial data, and wants exposure to a broad investment portfolio spanning multiple asset classes, markets, and regions.

You’ll sit at the centre of portfolio operations—ensuring information is accurate, insights are clear, and the investment team is equipped with the data they need to make confident decisions.

Role:

• Partner with key stakeholders across accounting, investments, and external managers to collect, clarify, and validate portfolio data.
• Support financial and performance reporting by preparing high-quality data sets that feed into key investment and accounting reports.
• Research and analyse market trends, macro data, investment themes, and asset-class movements to support investment decisions and ongoing monitoring.
• Assist in portfolio implementation, rebalancing exercises, and the operational execution of investment strategies.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis, deep dives, and one-off projects that help the business improve visibility, efficiency, and insight.

• A tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA highly regarded)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with detailed financial information
• A meticulous approach to accuracy, data integrity, and process management
• Advanced Excel capability and familiarity with working across multiple data sources
• Organisational strength—the ability to juggle competing priorities without missing the small stuff
