About the Role
As the Process Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging product development, manufacturing, and innovation, ensuring the successful transition of new concepts from idea to shelf. You will be responsible for leading scale-up trials from lab and pilot plant to full-scale production, while partnering with the innovation team to deliver cost-effective, technically robust solutions for product launches.
A key focus of the role will be troubleshooting production issues, identifying process improvements, and working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery. You will also evaluate new ingredients, processes, and equipment to support innovation, while maintaining strict compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in food engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, process optimization, and product development (Ideally from a beverage background)
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
