Join a highly successful, family-owned Australian business that’s been growing for decades. With 20 branches and 170 staff nationwide, this company manufactures and distributes a broad range of engineered products nationwide.
They combine local manufacturing with strong supplier partnerships internationally, importing around 85% of their product range. The culture is hands-on, fast-paced and entrepreneurial — ideal for someone who likes variety, thrives in a flexible environment, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit, energetic team.
The business has grown rapidly over the last 5 years, forward-thinking and investing in new technology — including AI and ERP improvements — to modernise its supply chain.

- Support branch managers with purchasing and pricing oversight
- Liaise with the VIC warehouse on container schedules, shipments and inventory
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and trading terms
- Maintain supplier files, costing data and QA documentation
- Coordinate freight and logistics activity
- Support backorder and transfer reports across branches
You’ll also have the chance to help implement AI tools within the ERP system and contribute to new product development and R&D projects.

- Strong commercial and cost analysis skills
- ERP experience (Nexus preferred, or similar system)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, adaptable approach — this business doesn’t run on rigid processes, so you’ll enjoy thinking on your feet
