We are seeking Procurement Specialists with experience across both direct and indirect categories. This is a great opportunity to add value in a fast-paced environment while working on diverse and impactful procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end direct procurement activities across materials, products, and services to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage indirect procurement for categories including IT, professional services, facilities, and corporate support functions.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve favourable commercial outcomes and consistent service levels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose procurement solutions.
  • Analyse spend and market trends, identify risks, and implement cost-saving and efficiency strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement across direct and/or indirect categories.
  • Strong background in sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and tools, with advanced Excel or analytics capability highly regarded.
