My client is a leading ASX listed enterprise, who are looking to hire a number of Product Owners to sit within their Tech / Digital teams. 

These roles would suit an up and coming PO who has a few years under their belt in the digital transformation space. It would also suit a senior digital BA who is keen on making their first step into the PO world. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as a conduit between the Product and Technology teams, involving: requirements gathering, creation of business cases, shaping business requirements and working with the delivery teams. 
• Focus on improving the customer journey and therefore retention and conversion results. 
• Work effectively with UX and CRO teams 
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Prioritisation of features
• Own and manage product backlogs
• Resolve product issues and defects
• Forecast the benefits of product development pre-release and then report on impact post-release

Experience needed: 

•  2-4 years as a Product Owner or a Senior BA
• Digital transformation experience - focus on Web, Customer Journey, Apps or UX/CX. 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - capable of working effectively at all levels and across disciplines
• HCD knowledge (highly desirable)
