In this role you will support the Financial Controller & Project Management team with project setup, administration, reporting, and cost analysis. You'll be the go-to person and ensure smooth running of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project setup and ongoing system maintenance
- Project budget management and reporting
- Processing project transactions and invoices
- Claims, certifications, and insurance documentation management
- Coordination of bank guarantees and in-field timesheets
- Maintenance of project documentation and filing systems
- Monthly client reporting and data collection
- Assisting with accounts payable duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills and Experience
- You will ideally have previous projects experience in Civil Construction
- 3+ years experienc ein the projects space
- Proificiency with Microsoft products
- Have a can-do attitude and be approachable
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
- Be up for a good laugh!
