This company are a national Tier 1 builder that specialise in government, education, pharmaceutical and health projects. They are known for delivering complex, large scale projects and have recently been awarded a complex commercial project that will run for over three years. Due to this project win they are looking for a Project Director. 

In this role you will be responsible for managing the design, onsite construction and commercial team on the project. You will ensure all teams are working collaboratively and resolve any issues that arise from a technical perspective. You will review monthly project reports internally and report back to senior management at the company. 

To be considered for this role you must have delivered multiple complex commercial projects as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager.
