A progressive builder, they specialise in commercial new build and fit out projects, up to $10m. They are looking to strengthen their Geelong office with a Project Manager to work across 2 projects.

Duties are varied and will include:
- Manage project budgets and programmes
- Financial reporting
- Quality assurance
- Lead team of CA's and site managers
- Negotiate agreements with win win outcomes in mind
- Contract Management
In order to be considered for the role, you must possess the following:
- 2+ years in a Project Management role
- Exposure to both fit out and new build
- Varied project experience across health, education, community infrastructure
- Proactive approach to solutions
- Comfortable with financial reporting and IT
- Proven organizational skills
- Growth role with expanding company
