They have a strong pipeline of work & are looking to bring on a Project Manager to join the team and run large residential developments across Vic. The business has a strong reputation in the Melbourne market and is currently complete multiple notable projects throughout Victoria.
The Role
- Manage the program
- Manage the budget
- Ensure the project is running on time & to budget
- Manage the office & site teams
- Contract Administration or Project management on large residential developments
- 3 + years in a similar business
- Smart communicator & forward thinking
- Construction Management degree
