This group specialise in new build commercial and apartment projects and currently turn over $40 mil per year. They partner with established listed and private development groups and the majority of their work is negotiated. Due to winning a new build commercial office project they need a Project Manager to join their company. 

Reporting to the Construction Director you will be responsible for

• Management of construction program and ensuring all deadline are met. 
• Management of design consultants and design management on the project. 
• Prepare and present monthly construction reports to the directors and client. 
• Oversee procurement and any commercial matters that arise on the project.
