Sharp and Carter Technology Brisbane is partnering with a leading Education provider entering its third year of a comprehensive uplift program. To support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in delivering a new Student Information System (SIS), our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a contract opportunity. This pivotal role involves advising, supporting, and project managing the implementation of the SIS, a significant initiative for the school.

Core Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to identify and refine business problems and processes to be solved.
• Develop and implement project and implementation plans for the SIS.
• Oversee the SIS replacement program, including budget management, risk and issues mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and project team coordination.
• Serve as a key liaison between the vendor Project Manager and the school.
• Manage IT contract and commercial aspects of the SIS.
• Ensure service delivery and operational management standards are met.
• Track and report on benefits realization.
• Provide regular project reporting to various governance groups.
• Deliver presentations to key stakeholders

Essential Criteria:

1. Demonstrated experience in coordinating large change management projects with timelines over one year.
2. Significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement and working with technical and non-technical staff.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Highly effective analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
5. Ability to independently develop business intelligence solutions to meet stakeholder requirements.
6. Experience in cross-disciplinary team collaboration and supporting digital literacy initiatives.
