Core Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to identify and refine business problems and processes to be solved.
- Develop and implement project and implementation plans for the SIS.
- Oversee the SIS replacement program, including budget management, risk and issues mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and project team coordination.
- Serve as a key liaison between the vendor Project Manager and the school.
- Manage IT contract and commercial aspects of the SIS.
- Ensure service delivery and operational management standards are met.
- Track and report on benefits realization.
- Provide regular project reporting to various governance groups.
- Deliver presentations to key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating large change management projects with timelines over one year.
- Significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement and working with technical and non-technical staff.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly effective analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
- Ability to independently develop business intelligence solutions to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Experience in cross-disciplinary team collaboration and supporting digital literacy initiatives.
