This division manages enterprise ICT solutions, including Workforce Management, Rostering, Payroll (SAP S/4HANA), Finance, and Logistics systems. The program focuses on migrating from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions, ensuring long-term efficiency and scalability.
As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver complex ICT transformation projects, working closely with Corporate Enterprise Solutions teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management, ensuring on-time delivery of ICT solutions
Managing governance, risk, and issue resolution to achieve successful outcomes - Overseeing stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external vendors
- Leading benefits realisation strategies, ensuring projects drive business value
Providing expert advice on technology roadmaps and solution designs - Monitoring and reporting on project performance, budgets, and compliance
- Mentoring multidisciplinary teams and promoting a collaborative team culture
Developing business cases to secure funding for ICT initiatives
- 7–10 years of ICT Project Management experience
- Strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), particularly HR, Payroll, and Rostering solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple interrelated projects within a larger program
Deep understanding of complex system integrations and cloud migration
High-level experience in stakeholder management, scheduling, and risk mitigation - Ability to work within a structured program with multiple PMs
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or large-scale cloud transformation
- Strong leadership skills to drive collaboration and decision-making
- Ability to influence and build relationships through face-to-face stakeholder engagement
- Certifications in PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, or SAFe
