We are seeking somebody who is an all rounder and can tackle a variety of tasks. You need to have experience with retail roll out projects and skills in retail project management.
Job Responsibilities to Include;
- Project scheduling & Management of store roll outs
- Critical Path Management & communication
- New store opening checklists upkeep
- Weekly WIP updates and reporting
- Projects budgeting and summary reporting and summaries against actual budgets
- Scheduling of works and fit outs and project works
- Liaison with retail centres for all works approvals as well as site visits
- Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in a comparable role
- Strong communication skills
- Project management software experience with strong excel skills
- Strong understanding of Trade management and rates
- OH&S conscious
