Our client is a major retail group with a portfolio of 200 stores nationally.  They are seeking a Project Manager to work across their retail brands and support the Store Development Manager with all store maintenance and retail development across the country.

We are seeking somebody who is an all rounder and can tackle a variety of tasks. You need to have experience with retail roll out projects and skills in retail project management.

Job Responsibilities to Include;

• Project scheduling & Management of store roll outs
• Critical Path Management & communication
• New store opening checklists upkeep
• Weekly WIP updates and reporting
• Projects budgeting and summary reporting and summaries against actual budgets
• Scheduling of works and fit outs and project works
• Liaison with retail centres for all works approvals as well as site visits

Skills and Background Required :

• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in a comparable role
• Strong communication skills
• Project management software experience with strong excel skills
• Strong understanding of Trade management and rates
• OH&S conscious
