About the Role:

Our client, a well-regarded healthcare organisation embedded within the Bayside community, is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Project Support Officer to join their collaborative team. This is a part-time to full-time position (4–5 days per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a varied role combining digital systems, project coordination, and administrative support.

Working closely with the executive team, you’ll play a key role in enhancing digital systems and processes across the organisation. You’ll assist in implementing new technologies, supporting staff with system adoption, and ensuring compliance with company policies. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of digital systems and online platforms.
  • Develop and update Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), training materials, and internal communications.
  • Provide administrative support for digital and operational projects.
  • Assist with healthcare billing processes, including Medicare.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership, contribute to process improvement. 
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong digital literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Proven experience supporting projects or implementing digital solutions.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging staff at all levels.
  • Experience producing clear, well-formatted documents, guides, or presentations.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • (Desirable) Experience within a healthcare or clinical environment.
