We’re partnering with a leading insurance and injury management organisation on a major workers’ compensation project. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Managers to join a high-performing, supportive team based in Melbourne CBD. 

The Opportunity
You’ll manage a portfolio of 40–60 long-tail medical claims, focusing on strategic claims review, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement - not end-to-end case management.

About You
• Proven workers’ compensation claims management experience 
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation legislation, return-to-work processes, and best-practice injury management
