As the Property Accountant, you will be responsible for: 

• Property performance reporting and compilation of financial information
• Understanding the drivers of variances between actuals and forecast and communicating to various business partners.
• Business partnering with various stakeholders in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasting
• Year-end reporting and liaising with auditors
• Business partnering with store managers 
• Manage rental and occupancy costs 

The successful applicant will be: 

• CPA/CA qualified 
• Extensive experience in Financial Accounting
• Working experience with IFRS16 
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience 
• Experiencing managing/influencing stakeholders at a senior level
