If you are an experienced Industrial Relations professional that is on the lookout for a challenging opportunity on a contractual basis then this is a role you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• Creating an Enterprise bargaining plan for part of this organization's NSW business that extracts the workers out of existing agreements (regional and metro) and puts them into a single agreement;
• Managing unions accordingly – would seek to obtain a non-unionised agreement;
• Bargaining and executing the Enterprise agreement; and
• Managing disputation at the workplace level.
• Some travel around regional NSW may be required 

You will be an experienced IR professional with strong bargaining experience and you will be able to start at short notice for a period of at least 6 months.
