We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchasing Administrator. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our procurement function, assisting with supplier onboarding, purchase processing, and reporting. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that ensures our purchasing operations run smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities - Process new supplier applications across
- Undertake general purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders and assisting with overflow tasks within the procurement team
- Prepare and distribute weekly purchasing and logistics reports, including:In-transit shipment dates, notifications, weekly reports
- Support the purchasing team with data entry, documentation, and system updates
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication
About You - Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative support role
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
- Proficient with Pronto or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
