Seeking an experienced Rebates and Claims officer to assist with a 3 month contract opportunity. This position will be based in Macquarie Park wtih free on-site parking, 2 days working-from-home after initially training and close to public transport. Essential Skills and Experience:
- Oversee claims processing for rebates and deals.
- Verify claims using approved deal conditions, sell through and other data.
- Enter payment data for cheque payments into the AP system.
- Upload approved rebate data into system and once approved generate credit notes.
- Complete weekly journal entries into ERP system and BI systems.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and reconciliation of data and transactions as required.
- Work closely with the Credit team to facilitate claims processing.
- Assist the team to update data for trade spend files.
- Track actual claims from customer and reconcile to trade spend master files and accruals. Adjust accruals as required.
- Follow processes to enable the completion of customer claims and log issues for follow up until resolved.
- Complete month end journals and reporting requirements as required
