An open opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist and administrator to join a busy and productive team based in the CBD. Note this a contract role requiring the successful candidate to start immediately.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times by ensuring all telephone, voicemail and queries are attended to within a timely manner
- Greeting external guests
- Supporting Team Members with booking meeting rooms whereby required
- Managing petty cash and claim process for office related expenses
- Sending invoices to Accounts Payable upon receipt
- Distributing all incoming mail to Team Members
- Utlising our Courier Services whereby needed to support with all shipments within a timely manner
- Ensure the office is tidy, and the kitchen & stationary levels are upkept.
- Ad-hoc Support with coordinating events and functions
The successful applicant should have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable
- Exquisite customer service skills
- Positive attitude and friendly interpersonal skills
