Position description
An open opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist and administrator to join a busy and productive team based in the CBD. Note this a contract role requiring the successful candidate to start immediately. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times by ensuring all telephone, voicemail and queries are attended to within a timely manner
  • Greeting external guests
  • Supporting Team Members with booking meeting rooms whereby required
  • Managing petty cash and claim process for office related expenses
  • Sending invoices to Accounts Payable upon receipt
  • Distributing all incoming mail to Team Members
  • Utlising our Courier Services whereby needed to support with all shipments within a timely manner
  • Ensure the office is tidy, and the kitchen & stationary levels are upkept.
  • Ad-hoc Support with coordinating events and functions 

The successful applicant should have:
