As a Temp Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing the reception area and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional approach
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing meeting room bookings and office supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Assisting with general administration tasks as required
Requirements
- Has previous reception or administration experience (professional services experience is a plus!)
- Is well-presented with strong communication skills
- Has excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Can start immediately and adapt quickly to a new environment
