The Opportunity

Sharp and Carter have partnered with a respected client for a Corporate Receptionist that will commence temp and could lead into a permanent opportunity for the right person. A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team while gaining valuable experience.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, screen and forward as necessary
  • Assisting with scheduling
  • Assisting with editing documents, preparing powerpoint presentations
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments
  • Maintain office supplies, including stationery orders
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a corporate receptionist or administrative role and looking for opportunity to develop your skillset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Time management and ability to multitask
  • Clear communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and professionalism
Role commences immediatly. This is a full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
