We’re partnering with a respected professional services firm in the Melbourne CBD to find a confident and personable Receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in creating a great front-of-house experience.

This role is ideal for someone who brings warmth, organisation, and quiet confidence to their work - someone who notices the details, anticipates needs, and helps the office run smoothly without needing to be asked twice.
The Role You’ll be the welcoming face of the business, setting the tone from the moment clients walk through the door or call the office. Alongside managing reception, you’ll support the broader team with day-to-day administrative tasks and help keep the office operating seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, and catering
  • Handling mail, couriers, and office deliveries
  • Keeping reception and shared spaces presentable and well-organised
  • Providing general administrative support across the office
  • Assisting with internal coordination and ad hoc tasks as needed

  • A polished, friendly communication style and strong attention to detail
