We’re on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Receptionist who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of admin duties. This full-time, office-based role offers variety and the opportunity to work closely with a respected leadership team who truly values great support.

About the Role
This role is more than just front desk – you’ll be a central support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism as first point of contact.
  • Manage reception and switchboard, greet visitors, and coordinate sign-ins.
  • Oversee meeting rooms, catering, and event set-up.
  • Support HR and People & Culture with onboarding, induction packs, and admin.
  • Coordinate supplies, couriers, and general office operations.
  • Assist with internal events, communications, and staff engagement.
  • Provide general admin support across teams including finance and leadership.
