About the Role
This role is more than just front desk – you’ll be a central support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism as first point of contact.
- Manage reception and switchboard, greet visitors, and coordinate sign-ins.
- Oversee meeting rooms, catering, and event set-up.
- Support HR and People & Culture with onboarding, induction packs, and admin.
- Coordinate supplies, couriers, and general office operations.
- Assist with internal events, communications, and staff engagement.
- Provide general admin support across teams including finance and leadership.
