About the role

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Receptionist/ Office Assistant to join a market leading organisation based in Kingsgrove NSW. This company has grown from its family roots to become a true Australian success story.
This role will see you working in a fast-paced and thriving culture offering you a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. As a key member of the team, you will be the face of the company and responsible for managing reception including meeting and greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls, meeting room management, and organising pickups.


Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls ensuring detailed and accurate message taking
  • Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring they have an engaging and positive experience
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Managing all pickups
  • Taking customer orders 
  • Processing payments
  • Assisting visiting stakeholders as needed
  • Coordinating catering requests
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry and any other ad hoc tasks

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will present with a minimum of 2 years stable experience working as Receptionist/ All Rounder and will be looking to add value in this role quickly. You will present with not only receptionist skills but also experience processing orders and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, you will also have:
  • Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
  • A positive mindset who thrives being the face of the company
  • Exceptional organistion skills
  • An impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
