About the role:
This is a newly created leadership position that has ultimate responsibility in driving student engagement, progression, and course completion across a rapidly growing education provider.
As the Sales Manager, you'll help develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that supports students from enrolment through to graduation. Your primary responsibility will be to drive this strategy through the coaching & mentoring of your high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a national customer retention strategy focused on engagement, satisfaction, and completion.
  • Lead a national team of Account Managers & Sales Consultants to deliver proactive, student-centric support.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on retention metrics and relationship management.
  • Proactively identify customer churn risks and implement intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive organisational success. 
  • Report on performance outcomes and continuously refine strategy based on data insights and market trends.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven sales leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
  • Experience working in education or related sectors highly regarded.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape retention strategy.
  • Ability to develop and execute national operational strategies.
  • Proven track record in building high performance sales teams.
