As the Sales Manager, you'll help develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that supports students from enrolment through to graduation. Your primary responsibility will be to drive this strategy through the coaching & mentoring of your high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a national customer retention strategy focused on engagement, satisfaction, and completion.
- Lead a national team of Account Managers & Sales Consultants to deliver proactive, student-centric support.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on retention metrics and relationship management.
- Proactively identify customer churn risks and implement intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive organisational success.
- Report on performance outcomes and continuously refine strategy based on data insights and market trends.
- Proven sales leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
- Experience working in education or related sectors highly regarded.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape retention strategy.
- Ability to develop and execute national operational strategies.
- Proven track record in building high performance sales teams.
