Scrub/Scout Nurse – Ortho List | Private Hospital | Mon–Fri Only

• Private Hospital | Dedicated Ortho Theatre Team

You’ll be part of a highly skilled perioperative team, supporting a busy orthopaedic theatre list. From joint replacements to sports related ortho cases, you’ll work alongside experienced surgeons and anaesthetists in a well-equipped, modern theatre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert scrub/scout support for orthopaedic procedures
• Ensuring safe and efficient theatre flow and patient care
• Collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and recovery teams
• Maintaining high standards of aseptic technique and documentation
• Participating in ongoing clinical education and quality improvement

Key Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent experience in perioperative nursing, ideally in orthopaedics in Australian Healthcare
• Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
• A collaborative, calm approach to teamwork
• Commitment to continuous learning and best practice
