Are you a General Registered Psychologist looking for a flexible, supportive role with opportunities to learn and grow? Join a rapidly expanding NDIS provider in Melbourne's inner east, working with a collaborative team of paediatricians, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and dedicated admin staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for psychologists who are new to assessment work, as training will be provided in Conners, CAARS, MIDAS and the assessment process. You'll contribute to initial screenings, histories, backgrounds, and reports, assisting in formal assessments for children and adolescents.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting initial client screenings and collecting histories to support paediatric assessments
- Working closely with OT's and speech pathologists in schools and community settings
- Participating in a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver high-quality client care
- Completing clinical notes and admin efficiently, with structured time between appointments
- Engaging in professional development and training to build assessment skills
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Passion for working with paediatric and adolescent clients
- Motivated to learn assessment tools and build confidence in structured clinical assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to a collaborative environment
- Comfortable working in a flexible model with work from home options
